Our Guarantee We want you to love your magical experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Magic Candles Co., we are here to help.
Return Window You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all accessories included.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us at info@magicled.art with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Costs for Returns
